Ethan Fulbright joins mbue as Senior Software Developer

At mbue, we believe great builders combine curiosity with craft, turning complex problems into elegant, impactful solutions. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Ethan Fulbright as Senior Software Developer, whose mix of technical expertise and creative thinking reflects what we value most.

Ethan’s path to software was unconventional. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Baylor University, where he developed the discipline and collaboration that now define his approach to software development. Over the years, he’s built high-performance systems serving deep learning models and earned a strong record of improving efficiency and reducing cloud costs across complex projects.

Before joining mbue, Ethan worked in healthcare technology, designing software to support PTSD screenings and care. His focus on science, automation, and evidence-based decision-making aligns closely with mbue’s mission to make technology work better for everyone.

At mbue, Ethan will help scale our platform’s performance and reliability, building automation and infrastructure that enables our teams to move faster and deliver greater value to users.
